About Us
For more than 20 years, we have been standing by the side of companies that wish to do business with confidence and without legal obstacles. Our law firm, Hartman, Rychnovská – Association of Attorneys-at-Law, combines expertise in corporate, commercial and bankruptcy law with energy, dedication, and a highly personal approach.
Managing partners Mgr. Leona Hartman, LL.M. and Mgr. Ivana Rychnovská, LL.M. previously served as partners of a mid-sized law firm, where they were involved in major projects – from Lidl’s expansion into the Czech market to the administration of the bankruptcy estate of Zbrojovka Brno a.s.
In addition to practising law, we are also registered mediators and bankruptcy trustees, enabling us to provide both court representation and efficient out-of-court dispute resolution. We perform the function of bankruptcy trustees through the company Forteslegal insolvence v.o.s.
With offices in Brno and Prague, we operate throughout the Czech Republic and internationally.
Our team works fluently in English, and we also have working proficiency in German, French, Slovak, and Polish.
